Megawave were excellent from start to finish. Their quote was the best price for the most powerful heat pump. The installation in our mid-terrace victorian house was on time and very neat. The team went above and beyond to hide the pipe and wire runs in a very tricky location. The system works perfectly and was up and running in just three days. I feel we were really lucky to have found this company.

The system designed by Megawave seems to be very well thought out and integrated with the existing solar hot water system. The engineers who installed it were all very pleasant and thoughtful and worked hard and very neatly. So far it works well but we have only had hot water as it is still summer. But the central heating worked when they tested it so I don't expect problems.

After having a lot of 'double glazing' style conversations with other suppliers, Megawave were the first to not try and sell me their solution but actually looked at it all properly. Installation was done very well and system works brilliantly. Very happy.

They subsequently installed 2 x 18 kW Heat Pumps. In the coming months Megawave will also install solar panels for me, and I’m sure the same level of professionalism will be on display. Certainly from what I have experienced so far, I would highly recommend Megawave.
